Remfentanil side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from CHINA on May 15, 2007. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with cholecystectomy and was treated with Remfentanil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: loss of consciousness, muscle rigidity, respiratory depression. Remfentanil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LIDOCAINE, EPINEPHRINE. Patient recovered.
