After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, depression , hepatic enzyme increased, mouth ulceration, suicidal ideation. Remeron dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Remeron dosage: 45 MG QD; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ABILIFY. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
