Remeron Side Effects Report #5309321-1
Remeron side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 25, 2007. Female patient, 86 years of age, weighting 114.6 lb, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Remeron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol use, asthenia, blood sodium decreased, confusional state, fall , insomnia, myoclonus, treatment noncompliance. Remeron dosage: 15MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with PAXIL, POTASSIUM ACETATE, MAXZIDE, ZOCOR, DALMANE, MEPROBAMATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PROCARDIA, ASPIRIN EC NI, TYLENOL NI. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Remeron dosage: 45 MG QD; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ABILIFY. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
