Remeron Side Effects Report #5309321-1
Remeron side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Apr 25, 2007. Female patient, 86 years of age, weighting 114.6 lb, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Remeron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol use, asthenia, blood sodium decreased, confusional state, fall , insomnia, myoclonus, treatment noncompliance. Remeron dosage: 15MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with PAXIL, POTASSIUM ACETATE, MAXZIDE, ZOCOR, DALMANE, MEPROBAMATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, difficulty in walking, dysarthria, headache , insomnia, myalgia. Remeron dosage: 7.5 MG DAILY ORAL, AT BEDTIME. During the same period patient was treated with PROCARDIA, ASPIRIN EC NI, TYLENOL NI. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, asthenia, depression , dry skin, eye pain, insomnia, photosensitivity reaction, restlessness. Remeron dosage: 15MG AT BEDTIME. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, confusional state, decreased appetite, dehydration, depression , lethargy, malignant melanoma stage iii, nausea . Remeron dosage: 45 MG QD ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with INTRON A, WELLBUTRIN, ALLOPURINOL, CLONAZEPAM, TRAZODONE, ZOCOR, GLUCOSAMINE. Patient recovered.
