Remeron and accidental death Patient Reports February 11, 2012

Remeron Side Effects Report #5093282-7
Remeron side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 21, 2006. Male patient, child 6 years of age, was diagnosed with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, bipolar disorder  and was treated with Remeron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental exposure, post-traumatic stress disorder . Remeron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLONIDINE, ASCORBIC ACID, LITHIUM, RISPERDAL. Patient died.

Remeron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZYPREXA, FENTANYL, WELLBUTRIN. Patient died.

Remeron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZYPREXA, FENTANYL, WELLBUTRIN. Patient died.
