Female patient, 47 years of age, weighting 147.0 lb, was diagnosed with tooth discolouration and was treated with Rembrandt. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: contusion, depression , tooth discolouration, tooth disorder . Rembrandt dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
