After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: akathisia, anorexia, confusional state, depression , fatigue, insomnia, muscle twitching, parkinsonism, restlessness. Reglan dosage: 10MG 3 X A DAY PO. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: concussion , condition aggravated, fall , multiple sclerosis , muscle rigidity, parkinsonism, spinal fracture. Reglan dosage: 10 MG QID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with REBIF, NIFEDIPINE, CLONAZEPAM, PROZAC, DITROPAN, AMPHETAMINE SULPHATE, TRIMETHOPRIM, PRILOSEC. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
