Female patient, 44 years of age, weighting 140.0 lb, was diagnosed with impaired gastric emptying and was treated with Reglan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, anxiety , bruxism, fatigue, feeling abnormal, headache , hyperacusis, hypophagia, insomnia. Reglan dosage: 10 MGS 4 X A DAY PO. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL TARTRATE, HYDROCHLOROTIAZIDE, LISINOPRIL, PREVACID, HUMALOG, LANTUS, CLONAZEPAM, SIMVASTIN. Patient recovered.
