Female patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Reglan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood magnesium abnormal, blood potassium abnormal, cardiac disorder, gait disturbance, gastrointestinal disorder, heart rate irregular, paralysis , respiratory arrest. Reglan dosage: 10 MG; ONCE; IV. Patient recovered.

Reglan dosage: 10 MG; ONCE; IV. During the same period patient was treated with ETOMIDATE, SUCCINYLCHOLINE, NITROGLYCERIN, TRIMOX, NAPROXEN, ELAVIL, ASPIRIN, SYNTHROID. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.

Reglan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, NORVASC, SYNTHROID, PEPCID, PRAVACHOL, BENICAR. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Reglan dosage: 10MG 4 TIMES DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
