Reglan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on July 22, 2008. Female patient, weighting 171.0 lb, was diagnosed with vomiting, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis  and was treated with Reglan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ammonia increased, ataxia , computerised tomogram abnormal, convulsion, dystonia , encephalopathy, overdose, partial seizures, shock. Reglan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROXYZINE PAMOATE, HYDROXYZINE PAMOATE, HYDROXYZINE PAMOATE, HYDROXYZINE PAMOATE, VICODIN, ACIPHEX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Reglan dosage: (10 MG QID ORAL), (5 MG QID ORAL). During the same period patient was treated with PERCOCET, DARVOCET. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/01/2008.
