Refludan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 20, 2008. Female patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with heparin-induced thrombocytopenia and was treated with Refludan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: lung infiltration, prothrombin level decreased, pulmonary oedema, respiratory failure. Refludan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TYLENOL W, ATROPINE, HYDROMORPHONE, POTASSIUM SUPPLEMENT, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, INSULIN, COMBIVENT. Patient recovered.
