Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with haemophilia a with anti factor viii and was treated with Refacto. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac disorder, factor viii inhibition, fall , haemorrhage, multi-organ failure, obstruction, renal disorder, respiratory disorder. Refacto dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
