After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, blood sodium decreased, dehydration, diabetes mellitus, hypoaesthesia oral, ileus, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, nausea , pain . Reclast dosage: 5 MG, ONCE. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ALLOPURINOL, SYNTHROID, INSULIN, PROTONIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
