Rasburicase Side Effects Report #4903714-X
Rasburicase side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 21, 2005. Male patient, weighting 207.2 lb, was diagnosed with hyperuricaemia and was treated with Rasburicase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anti-hbs antibody positive, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, confusional state, cough, dyspnoea, liver function test abnormal, muscle twitching. Rasburicase dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, CYTARABINE, MITOXANTRONE, ZOSYN, GENTAMICIN, FORTAZ, VANCOMYCIN, ACYCLOVIR. Patient recovered.
