Rapamycin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Jan 21, 2005. Female patient, weighting 118.6 lb, was diagnosed with pancreatic carcinoma and was treated with Rapamycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, fatigue, fluid retention, mediastinal mass, oedema peripheral, renal failure, skin discolouration, thrombosis. Rapamycin dosage: 2MG QD ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient died on 01/28/2005.
