Ranolazine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 25, 2008. Male patient, 68 years of age, weighting 244.7 lb, was diagnosed with angina pectoris and was treated with Ranolazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, bundle branch block left, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, supraventricular extrasystoles, syncope, tachycardia. Ranolazine dosage: 1000 MG BID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

, hypovolaemia, syncope. Ranolazine dosage: 500 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, RANEXA, AVELOX, QUINAPRIL, ALLOPURINOL, COREG, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
