Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with gastric ph decreased, hypertension, arthritis  and was treated with Ranitidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, insomnia, lower respiratory tract infection, movement disorder , nasopharyngitis, restlessness. Ranitidine dosage: 150 MG;QD. During the same period patient was treated with RAMIPRIL, ACETAMINOPHEN AND CODEINE PHOSPHATE, ALLOPURINOL, SIMVASTATIN, AMINOPHYLLINE, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, ALBUTEROL SULPHATE, CALCICHEW D. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 31 years of age, was diagnosed with dyspepsia, schizophrenia, depression , asthma , chest pain  and was treated with Ranitidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: lower respiratory tract infection, malaise, myalgia, neutrophil count increased, pleurisy, pneumonia , white blood cell count increased. Ranitidine dosage: 150MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CLOZARIL, VENLAFAXINE, BECLOMETHASONE DIPROPIONATE, DIHYDROCODEINE BITARTRATE, SALBUTAMOL, ANTIBIOTIC. Patient died on 04/06/2007.
