Female patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Ranitidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiogenic shock, chest pain , cyanosis, dyspnoea, eosinophilic myocarditis, jugular vein distension, normochromic normocytic anaemia, palpitations, rales. Ranitidine dosage: 50MG CUMULATIVE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with CEFAZOLIN, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, KETOROLAC, PARACETAMOL, DEXAMETHASONE. Patient died.
