Female patient, 78 years of age, weighting 174.0 lb, was diagnosed with retinal vein occlusion and was treated with Ranibizumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemodialysis, myocardial infarction, pneumonia , renal failure, respiratory failure, thrombocytopenia. Ranibizumab dosage: .05 MG OPHTHALMIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/27/2007.
