After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: constipation , contusion, fall , hypoglycaemia, hypotension, syncope. Ranexa dosage: 500 MG, BID, ORAL; 1000 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with IMDUR, TOPROL. Patient recovered.
