Female patient, 52 years of age, weighting 189.6 lb, was diagnosed with coronary artery disease  and was treated with Ranexa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, confusional state, delirium, fall , hallucination, mental status changes, renal impairment, syncope. Ranexa dosage: 1000MG BID PO, 2 WKS AT THIS DOSE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
