After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, dyspnoea, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged. Ranexa dosage: 500 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with IMDUR, LISINOPRIL, COUMADIN, TOPROL, SIMVASTATIN, PROZAC, VITAMIN B, FOLIC ACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
