After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, myocardial infarction. Ranexa dosage: 500 MG, BID, ORAL : 500 MG, QD, ORAL : 750 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CARDIZEM, COREG, IMDUR, ASPIRIN, COUMADIN, LIPITOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
