Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, cardiac failure and was treated with Ramipril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , fall , hypokalaemia, hyponatraemia, loss of consciousness, prothrombin time prolonged, syncope. Ramipril dosage: 1.25 MG; QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with SPIRONOLACTONE, TORASEMIDE, XIPAMIDE, PHENPROCOUMON, ALLOPURINOL, METAMIZOLE, METOCLOPRAMIDE, PANTOZOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
