Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, benign prostatic hyperplasia, erectile dysfunction  and was treated with Ramipril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, fatigue, palpitations, presyncope, tachycardia. Ramipril dosage: 5 MG; TWICE A DAY; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TAMSULOSIN, BISOPROLOL FUMARATE, VIAGRA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
