Raltegravir side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRALIA on Feb 17, 2009. Male patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection What is  hiv infection, castleman's disease and was treated with Raltegravir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, aids related complex, anal abscess, cholestatic liver injury, disease progression, hepatic necrosis, hepatitis c What is  hepatitis c. Raltegravir dosage: 400 MG/BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, BACTRIM DS, CALTRATE, OSTELIN, ALPRAZOLAM, AMPHOTERICIN B. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
