Raltegravir side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRALIA on Feb 17, 2009. Male patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection
, castleman's disease and was treated with Raltegravir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, aids related complex, anal abscess, cholestatic liver injury, disease progression, hepatic necrosis, hepatitis c
. Raltegravir dosage: 400 MG/BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE, BACTRIM DS, CALTRATE, OSTELIN, ALPRAZOLAM, AMPHOTERICIN B. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
