Rabeprazole Side Effects Report #5140522-1
Rabeprazole side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Oct 16, 2006. Female patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with reflux oesophagitis, ascites, hyperuricaemia and was treated with Rabeprazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, anaemia, condition aggravated, depressed level of consciousness, disseminated intravascular coagulation, gastrooesophageal reflux disease, hepatitis c , hiatus hernia, liver disorder. Rabeprazole dosage: 10 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, ALLOPURINOL, ALDACTONE, URSO, JUVELA N, LIVACT, LAXOBERON, FOLIC ACID. Patient died on 09/03/2006.

Rabeprazole side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Sept 15, 2006. Female patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with gastric ulcer and was treated with Rabeprazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, depressed level of consciousness, disseminated intravascular coagulation, multi-organ failure, pyrexia, shock. Rabeprazole dosage: 10 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FUROSEMIDE. Patient died on 09/03/2006.

Rabeprazole dosage: 20 MG, 2 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CEROCRAL, OXYCONTIN, MAGMIT, YODEL, ROHIPNOL, FLUNITRAZEPAM, GASMOTIN, INDOMETHACIN. Patient recovered.

Rabeprazole dosage: 20 MG, 2 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CEROCRAL, OXYCONTIN, MAGMIT, YODEL, ROHIPNOL, FLUNITRAZEPAM, GASMOTIN, INDOMETHACIN. Patient recovered.
