Female patient, 59 years of age, weighting 175.0 lb, was diagnosed with muscle spasms and was treated with Quinine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, chest pain , dehydration, diarrhoea, dizziness , dysgeusia, heart rate increased, hyperhidrosis, hyperventilation. Quinine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with QUININE SULPHATE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anorexia, diarrhoea, fatigue, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, nausea , platelet count decreased, renal failure acute. Quinine dosage: 325MG DAILY AS NEEDED PO. During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN LISPRO, INSULIN INSULATARD NPH NORDISK, ASPIRIN, ATORVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
