Quinine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on June 02, 2006. Male patient, 59 years of age, weighting 308.0 lb, was diagnosed with muscle spasms and was treated with Quinine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: autoimmune thrombocytopenia, body temperature increased, dizziness What is  dizziness, fall What is  fall, head injury, headache What is  headache, syncope. Quinine dosage: 325 MG QHS PRN PO. During the same period patient was treated with ORPHENADRINE SULPHATE, GLUCAPHAGE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, PROZAC, TRICOR, MORPHINE SULPHATE, PROVIGIL, CRESTOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
