Quinapril Side Effects Report #6016008-9
Quinapril side effect was reported by a Physician from on Dec 15, 2008. Female patient, 48 years of age, was treated with Quinapril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , completed suicide, respiratory arrest. Quinapril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BUPROPION, VENLAFAXINE, ACETAMINOPHEN AND HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE, TRAMADOL, COCAINE, IRBESARTAN, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ATROPINE SULPHATE. Patient died on 01/01/2007.
