Quinapril Side Effects Report #4680710-1
Quinapril side effect was reported by a Physician from on May 23, 2005. Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Quinapril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident. Quinapril dosage: 10 MG (10 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MODURETIC. Patient died on 01/01/2004.

During the same period patient was treated with ZOCOR, GLYBURIDE AND METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE, INSULIN ZINC, VENLAFAXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
