After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: akathisia, dystonia , hypotension, somnambulism. Quetiapine dosage: TAKEN FOR SEVEN YEARS AT ONSET OF DYSTONIA, DOSE INCREASED OCCASIONALLY BY 100-200MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with QUETIAPINE FUMARATE, DIAZEPAM, PHENYTOIN, SERTRALINE, CLONAZEPAM, LOCAL ANAESTHETIC. Patient recovered.
