Qualaquin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on May 25, 2008. Male patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasms and was treated with Qualaquin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, cholestasis, dermatitis exfoliative, granulomatous liver disease, hepatitis , myalgia, pyrexia. Qualaquin dosage: 300 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN, RAMIPRIL, AMLODIPINE, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
