Quadramet side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Oct 25, 2006. Male patient, 76 years of age, weighting 151.5 lb, was diagnosed with prostate cancer  and was treated with Quadramet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute pulmonary oedema, anxiety , atrial fibrillation , blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, cardiac failure congestive, left ventricular failure, metastases to lung, mitral valve incompetence. Quadramet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ADALAT, DIETHYLSTILBESTROL, OMEPRAZOLE, AMLODIPINE, TRAMADOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Quadramet side effect was reported by a Physician from on June 09, 2005. Male patient, 64 years of age, weighting 196.0 lb, was diagnosed with bladder cancer  and was treated with Quadramet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: metastases to bone marrow, metastases to lung, neutropenia, pyrexia. Quadramet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DURAGESIC, ACTIQ. Patient died on 05/23/2005.

Quadramet side effect was reported by a Physician from SPAIN on Mar 31, 2006. Male patient, 45 years of age, weighting 163.1 lb, was treated with Quadramet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, haematuria, haemoglobin decreased, metastases to bone, metastases to lung, pyelonephritis acute, renal ischaemia, thrombocytopenia, white blood cell count decreased. Quadramet dosage: 74 ML, 1 DOSE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with DIAZEPAM, DEXAMETHASONE, DIPYRONE, MORPHINE SULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
