Quadramet Side Effects Report #5102855-4
Quadramet side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Aug 16, 2006. Male patient, 76 years of age, weighting 151.5 lb, was diagnosed with prostate cancer  and was treated with Quadramet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute left ventricular failure, anxiety , atrial fibrillation , blood ph decreased, blood pressure increased, cardiac failure congestive, cardiomegaly, chest discomfort, cough. Quadramet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ADALAT, DIETHYLSTILBESTROL, OMEPRAZOLE, AMLODIPINE, TRAMADOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute pulmonary oedema, anxiety , atrial fibrillation , blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, cardiac failure congestive, left ventricular failure, metastases to lung, mitral valve incompetence. Quadramet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ADALAT, DIETHYLSTILBESTROL, OMEPRAZOLE, AMLODIPINE, TRAMADOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Quadramet side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on July 15, 2004. Male patient, 54 years of age, weighting 130.7 lb, was diagnosed with metastases to bone and was treated with Quadramet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, asthenia, bladder tamponade, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood potassium increased, candidiasis, cardiac failure congestive, difficulty in walking, gait disturbance. Quadramet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CASODEX, DEXAMETHASONE, ZOLADEX, MOSCONTIN, VOLTAREN, MORPHINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PURSENNID, LEVOFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/29/2002.
