Quadramet side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Apr 22, 2005. Male patient, 65 years of age, weighting 127.0 lb, was diagnosed with prostate cancer  and was treated with Quadramet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, communication disorder, confusional state, decreased appetite, dehydration, diarrhoea. Quadramet dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Quadramet side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on July 15, 2004. Male patient, 54 years of age, weighting 130.7 lb, was diagnosed with metastases to bone and was treated with Quadramet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, asthenia, bladder tamponade, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood potassium increased, candidiasis, cardiac failure congestive, difficulty in walking, gait disturbance. Quadramet dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CASODEX, DEXAMETHASONE, ZOLADEX, MOSCONTIN, VOLTAREN, MORPHINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PURSENNID, LEVOFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/29/2002.

During the same period patient was treated with MS CONTIN, VICOPROFEN, DURAGESIO. Patient died on 04/15/2005.
