Pyridoxine side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Feb 15, 2006. Male patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia What is  pneumonia and was treated with Pyridoxine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: granulocytopenia, platelet count decreased, pneumonia What is  pneumonia, sepsis What is  sepsis. Pyridoxine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIBOFLAVIN, THIAMINE, DEXTROSE, ACETIC ACID, ASCORBIC ACID. Patient died on 02/15/2006.
