Pyridoxine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from HONG KONG on Oct 13, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer and was treated with Pyridoxine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pancytopenia. Pyridoxine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NAPROSYN, PEPCIDINE, DOLOGESIC, OXALIPLATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
