Female patient, 87 years of age, weighting 110.0 lb, was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis and was treated with Pyridostigmine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, chills, diarrhoea, dysphagia, dyspnoea, fatigue, hyperhidrosis, product quality issue, tremor. Pyridostigmine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PYRIDOSTIGMINE BROMIDE. Patient recovered.

Pyridostigmine dosage: 60MG, QID. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, AZATHIOPRINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
