Male patient, 47 years of age, weighting 230.0 lb, was treated with Pyridostigmine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea exertional, fatigue, hypoaesthesia, muscle disorder
, muscle injury, muscular weakness, nerve conduction studies abnormal, neuropathy peripheral. Pyridostigmine dosage: 1/2 OF 60MG 3 TIMES PER DAY. Patient recovered.
