Pyridostigmine side effect was reported by a Physician from LEBANON on Oct 31, 2008. Male patient, 43 years of age, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis, anaesthesia and was treated with Pyridostigmine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, bronchospasm, cholinergic syndrome, hypotension. Pyridostigmine dosage: 180 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with PROPOFOL, REMIFENTANIL, GLYCOPYRROLATE, LIDOCAINE. Patient recovered.
