Pyridium side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Dec 26, 2006. Female patient, 20 years of age, was treated with Pyridium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: intentional overdose, isosthenuria, kidney fibrosis, renal failure acute, suicide attempt. Pyridium dosage: 4000 MG, SINGLE, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Pyridium dosage: 1200 MG, SINGLE, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
