Pyrazinamide side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 17, 2005. Male patient, 25 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Pyrazinamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antinuclear antibody positive, autoimmune hepatitis, flank pain, international normalised ratio increased, pyrexia, smooth muscle antibody positive, thyroiditis. Pyrazinamide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIFAMPICIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholestasis, cytolytic hepatitis, dermatitis allergic, eosinophilia, hepatic failure, liver disorder, pyrexia, skin exfoliation. Pyrazinamide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIFADIN, RIMIFON, AUGMENTIN, OFLOCET, ROCEPHIN, RULID, ORELOX, TAVANIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
