Pyrazinamide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on May 10, 2006. Male patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with tuberculosis What is  tuberculosis and was treated with Pyrazinamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ascites, bone tuberculosis, coagulopathy, cytolytic hepatitis, fistula What is  fistula, hepatic atrophy, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatic failure, hepatic necrosis. Pyrazinamide dosage: 1800MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ISONIAZID, RIFAMPIN, STREPTOMYCIN, CIPROFLOXACIN, ETHAMBUTOL, TRAMADOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
