Male patient, 25 years of age, was diagnosed with tuberculosis prophylaxis and was treated with Pyrazinamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, abdominal tenderness, anorexia, anti-thyroid antibody positive, antinuclear antibody positive, autoimmune hepatitis, blood thyroid stimulating hormone decreased, eosinophil count increased, fatigue. Pyrazinamide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIFAMPIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
