Female patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with constipation  and was treated with Pursennid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, diarrhoea, inflammation, malaise, mucosal dryness, renal failure chronic, syncope. Pursennid dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 128.1 lb, was diagnosed with glucose tolerance impaired, cardiovascular disorder and was treated with Pursennid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, hyperhidrosis, hypertension, syncope, vomiting. Pursennid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NATEGLINIDE, VALSARTAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
