Purinethol side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Mar 24, 2005. Female patient, 47 years of age, weighting 146.8 lb, was diagnosed with crohn's disease What is  crohn's disease and was treated with Purinethol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: immunosuppression, multi-organ failure, pancytopenia, septic shock, tachycardia. Purinethol dosage: unknown. Patient died on 03/23/2005.

Purinethol side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Mar 03, 2005. Female patient, 32 years of age, was treated with Purinethol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aplastic anaemia, bone marrow depression, febrile neutropenia, pancytopenia. Purinethol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROOPRANOLOL HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
