Purinethol and infection in an immunocompromised host Patient Reports February 12, 2012

Purinethol side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SWITZERLAND on June 29, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with crohn's disease , asthma  and was treated with Purinethol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage neonatal, epididymal disorder, infection in an immunocompromised host. Purinethol dosage: 50MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with SERETIDE, PREDNISONE, SEROPRAM, COLECALCIFEROL, DAFALGAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
