Male patient, 21 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with antibiotic prophylaxis and was treated with Purell. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site irritation, application site vesicles, caustic injury. Purell dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROATE, CLOAZEPAM. Patient recovered.
